The Russell B. and Edna T.  Logan Family Life Center, Inc. is a non-profit, community based facility where emergency assistance, social services programs, recreational activities, and educational programs are provided in a faith based environment to enhance the quality of life of individuals and families in and beyond the greater Bergen County, New Jersey area.  At the Russell B. and Edna T.
